Sharing Rule:

Compensation is determined by examining the reasonable market prices of the houses left by the families and the reasonable costs for moving.

Explanation:

Compensation is determined by examining the reasonable market prices of the houses left by the families and the reasonable costs for moving. Market prices are determined on the basis of the average sales prices of comparable houses sold during the last period. If criteria for comparability are set, both parties involved may each provide two to three examples that are averaged.
