Each party has to take care for 50% (of the costs) of a fence between properties.


 


Explanation:

Each party has to take care for 50% (of the costs) of a fence between properties.

If animal breaks through fence into area of cultivation, party who takes care for this part of fence pays damages. If this is impossible to establish, each pays half. Damage is costs of seeds, making plot ready for cultivation and other costs of cultivation.
