ADHOC
: The Cambodian Human Rights and Development Association

The Cambodian Human Rights and Development Association (ADHOC) an independent, non-partisan, non-profit and non-governmental organization and founded by a group of former political prisoners in December 1991 after the signing of the Paris Peace Agreements on October 23, 1991. ADHOC aims to strengthen the capacity of ordinary citizens to claim their rights and to assist people in their quest for justice.

In Cambodia there is a large need for alternative justice services to increase access to justice for common disputes, such a marital and land conflicts. Theerfore, ADHOC is collaborating on the microjustice facilitator toolkit project to develop best practices for effective dispute resolution.
