On the workplace you can now find many 0.5 versions of tools for conflict resolution. This information will be shared with the partners to provide input for the local tool development processes.

We will be very grateful for all your additions, comments, references and examples of, or ideas for, concrete tools to implement the information in daily practice. To clarify and shorten the language also all edits are welcome in wiki. Version 1.0 is expected by the end of march after the partners completed their tool development process.

TISCO is a research institute of Tilburg University Law School excelling in studies of dispute resolution systems and access to justice. We are currently looking for partners to collaborate with on two different projects.

Project 1: Mapping of concrete good practices in dispute resolution and development of tools based on effective methods , and

Project 2: Measurement of the costs and quality of paths to justice using a standard methodology

Partners for both project could be universities, independent research institutes, non-for-profit organizations or public entities with interests and expertise in the field of dispute resolution and/or access to justice. Applications from individuals will not be considered. Project proposals can be submitted for both or only one of the projects.

Deadline for Projects 1 and 2:  1 December 2010
